Welcome to Telocargo. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our multitenant palletization, stacking, and staging optimization platform.

1. Platform & Calculation Services

Telocargo is a multitenant industrial web platform designed for calculating 3D stacking layouts, layer patterns, center-of-gravity (CoG) coordinates, volume utilization, and material compatibility rules.

CRITICAL LOAD SPECIFICATION: All calculations, center-of-gravity offsets, and stacking configurations are mathematical models based on user-entered specifications. They do not substitute for physical, real-world verification by trained logistics technicians.

2. Tenant Databases & Isolation

Telocargo is designed with a strict database-per-tenant architecture.

Account Registration: Organizations are provisioned with their own master record and an isolated tenant SQLite database.
Access Isolation: Access to your tenant database is restricted to users created under your tenant domain. Cross-tenant queries are blocked at the infrastructure connection manager layer.
Credentials: You are responsible for keeping all access credentials, JWT tokens, and login cookies secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Material Safety

When planning, staging, or auditing loads using Telocargo, users agree to:

Ensure all input measurements (length in millimeters, weight in grams, fragility class, orientation rules, and crush tolerances) are accurate.
Never exceed the maximum physical rating of the selected pallet types (e.g., standard EUR or US pallets).
Perform manual visual audits of stacked cargo before transport or shipping.

4. Limitations of Liability

Telocargo operates as a planning aid. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELOCARGO AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF:

Stacking accidents, pallet collapses, or tipping during cargo staging or transit.
Crushed material resulting from incorrect max-top-load configurations.
Financial losses due to incorrect volumetric utilization models or shipping delays.

5. Modifications and System Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changing regulations, database schema adjustments, and system enhancements. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
